
Dr. Juyoung Lee is the Director of Music Therapy and Associate Professor of Music, overseeing both the undergraduate and graduate music therapy programs at Â̲èÖ±²¥. She has completed Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in music therapy at the University of Melbourne in Australia and has over 11 years of experience teaching undergraduate and graduate courses. As a registered music therapist, Dr. Lee has been working for over 19 years with people of all ages, from infants to older adults, at not-for-profit disability organizations, and in community-based settings such as adult day-service facilities, a pediatric hospice, and aged care services. Her research focuses on people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, community music therapy, as well as inclusion and diversity. Dr. Lee regularly publishes research articles and presents at both national and international music therapy conferences.
