In the Â̲èÖ±²¥ Education Department, we believe in preparing knowledgeable, responsive teachers committed to educating all learners in a diverse and changing world. Developing a greater understanding of your vocation as an educator is as important as developing the knowledge, skills, and practice of a teacher. Augsburg offers a variety of programs to help future educators make a difference in the lives and learning of P-12 students.<\/p>\n

Education degrees for busy professionals<\/h2>\n

Degree and\/or licensure programs are also available in our Adult Undergraduate<\/a> program\u2014a flexible bachelor\u2019s degree program for working professionals offered in a hybrid-learning format that combines face-to-face classroom instruction with the convenience of online learning. Thrive<\/strong> is focused on recruiting, engaging, and supporting future teachers through student development, mentorship, networking, and community involvement. The program helps students transition smoothly into Augsburg and encourages their academic, professional, and personal growth. Thrive is dedicated to helping education majors build a strong foundation for success while fostering meaningful connections throughout their college experience.<\/p>\n
